At Opatra Advanced Skincare Technologies, we stand behind our luxury skincare devices and formulas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your Opatra device and accessories in their original luxury packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label or shipping address to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
